He has extensive transatlantic experience as well as thousands of miles logged US coastal waters, Caribbean and the Bahamas.
Has owned and operated a yacht charter agency and has lived aboard his 55 Ft. ketch ‘Oasis’ running a successful day-charter operation out of Formentera.
Currently holds an MCA 200T Unlimited and 100T USCG license as well as being an IYT instructor and examiner.

Professional Skipper Steve Varrow takes over the helm as senior broker for the Virgin Islands.
Steve takes the natural progression to a professional yacht broker after a lifetimes work on boats and being at sea, at 16 years of age he joined Princess Yachts in the UK as a shipwright and from there on has been on or around boats all his working life, for the last 17 years he has been Caribbean based as a well known charter skipper, RYA Instructor and charter yacht broker.
He has 5 transatlantic catamaran deliveries as skipper and numerous European, Caribbean and East coast USA trips on his extensive sailing resume, he has skippered virtually every model of Lagoon catamaran from the 380 up-to the 560 as well as many other makes in his role as charter skipper in the Leeward Islands and the BVI, he has a deep technical understanding of all yacht mechanical, hydraulic, electrical and electronic systems and specializes in helping clients navigate through the path to become a yacht owner and owner operator in the charter yacht industry.
He lives aboard his classic gaff rigged yacht “Gwendolyn” sailing between the BVI, USVI and the Spanish Virgin Islands and is ready to help you in all aspects of buying or selling your next yacht.

He founded four technology start-ups and served as vice president at four public companies He has sold over $100M in total business within 13 industry sector leaders. His clients include Microsoft, Anheuser-Busch, Walmart, Amazon, Intel, McDonald’s, Pfizer, etc. His success has been recognize across 50 industry awards and 20 entrepreneurial awards, including six Inc. 5000 awards. He was featured on CBS 60 Minutes and Forbes magazine and also wrote two books on business operations. As a certified skipper, he and his son have sailed nearly every island in the Caribbean.

Mike Masters brings a lifetime of experience sailing, fixing and maintaining all kinds of yachts.
Mike is a fully indentured Tool and Die maker and has over 60 years experience working with metal, he is a lifelong sailor with RYA Silver qualifications, Canadian power squadron Instructor and also a founding member and Coxwain of the prestigious Virgin Islands search and rescue Association (VISAR). Mike is also a certified Pioneer in the yachting industry in the BVI.
Mike has been running businesses in the BVI for the last 40 years, he was sole owner of Nautool Machine ltd, renowned for yacht fitting manufacture repairs and mast repairs, he is a USCG certified specialist welder for welding aluminum hulls and fittings and a leading designer of many specialist fittings now considered standard equiptment, he has extensive experience in fault finding and solving yacht repair issues.
Mike has extensive Transatlantic, Caribbean and US offshore experience and many successful deliveries to Europe and the US, Mike has owned classic S&S monohulls and has extensive IOR racing experience in the Caribbean.

Christiaan Liebenberg grew up in a small surf town called Jeffreys Bay in South Africa. He was destined for a life on the water.
Having sailed more than 100,000 NM around the world delivering, running, and managing Luxury Catamarans and Monohulls anywhere from 30 feet to 150 feet. Living aboard in the Caribbean, Mediterranean, and the Bahamas for the past 12 years providing memorable experiences for his guests.
His experience has created a vast knowledge of live-aboard yachts and the equipment needed to make life a pleasure at sea. Having worked alongside the builders of Lagoon in Bordeaux and La Rochelle, France, he has the understanding of what goes into creating a safe and comfortable vessel.

He and his wife, Rebecca fell in love with a beautiful East Coast beach town, Wilmington, North Carolina, which they now call home.
